Technical details.

For INN

To avoid taking unsound articles from non U2 neighbors you have to
add "!net.*" for each non U2 site in you hosts.nntp:

usenet2.feed.site::
unsound.feed.site::!net.*

(all versions of INN up to and including INN 1.6b3 have a feature which
 will make you miss valid postings that are offered from an unsound
 site before a sound site offer your the posting if you have inn
 configured with REMEMBER_TRASH DO, there is a small patch for this
 in the file "inn.remembertrash.patch.txt")

To limit the unsound messages sendt from your system you can run the
net.monitor, which will cancel unsound messages, have special fixes
to your news-server wich will make it harder for your users to spam.
Another simple messure is to add "Ad" to the feed enty for you U2
feeds:

usenet2.feed.site:!*,net.*:Tc,Ad,Wnm:feedprog

If you also send none U2 groups to a usenet2 peer you need another
entry for those.

net.*:moderator-%s@usenet2.org

Add to distrib.pats:
90:net.*:4gh

Add to control.ctl:
newgroup:control@usenet2.org:net.*:verify-control@usenet2.org
